Bizarre photo of Trump as Superman shared by White House has people questioning one thing #29

A recent tweet from the White House has stirred up quite a bit of controversy online — and if you haven’t seen the image yet, prepare yourself for something unexpected.

It’s safe to say that President Donald Trump has been through a turbulent few months.

From his bizarre online exchanges with Elon Musk to his attempts at easing tensions between Iran and Israel, it’s been one chaotic headline after another.

Not to mention, the leaked claim that he threatened Russian President Vladimir Putin with bombs only added fuel to the fire.

But now, the internet is having a field day over a new and rather peculiar image shared by the White House.

If you missed it, the president became the focus of a viral debate after the official account posted a meme that placed Trump in the role of Superman — seemingly a nod to the hype surrounding the superhero film releasing on July 11.

The meme, styled like a movie poster, reads: “THE SYMBOL OF HOPE. TRUTH. JUSTICE. THE AMERICAN WAY. SUPERMAN TRUMP.”

It features Trump’s face superimposed onto Superman’s body, complete with the signature red-and-blue suit.

The reaction was swift and divided. Critics, especially from the left, were quick to mock the post. California Representative Robert Garcia quipped, “He’s literally Lex Luthor.”

Political commentator Mehdi Hasan highlighted the double standard, noting: “Can you imagine the outrage if the Biden administration had done this? But with Trump, this kind of bizarre behavior gets normalized.”

Many were simply baffled by the image, repeatedly asking: “Is this for real?”

One commenter wrote, “You can’t be serious,” and compared the situation to the satirical film Idiocracy, suggesting the real world has gone even further.

Mario Pawlowski, an AI developer, also chimed in by contrasting the president with the comic book icon: “Superman was a refugee raised on an American farm. Trump is the complete opposite — more of a Superloser.”

Still, some users embraced the meme wholeheartedly.

One fan wrote: “Trump isn’t just Superman — he’s a legend. Investigated endlessly and still standing. That’s not just strength, that’s invincibility.”

Another supporter added: “Trump is the real Superman. Always has been. Always will be.”

And someone else commented: “He’s strong, fearless, and unstoppable — just like the country he’s working to protect.”

As the comment section exploded into a heated back-and-forth, the meme racked up an astounding 18.8 million views in just 18 hours.

With all this buzz, one can’t help but wonder — what will the White House post next?
